Yes, we do have a catalog. It is published an online version and share throughout the only customers. If you interested to have catalog, please contact us by email.

What types of order you can proceed?

DELTA is happy to assist you with three types of orders;

Mass Produced: In this selection, customer purchase our shoe models as it is under DELTA brand.

Private Label: We are manufacturing by a contract under your brand name. As the brand and design owner, you specify everything about the product, packaged, label and delivered to your willing address. Please contact us regarding of your design and its specialty.

Tailor Made Order: We design and manufacture to fit the needs or requirements of your requests. Please contact us and let’s start a project with your vision.

When placing an order what should I need to state?

You should be stating clearly billing and shipping information along with your order details such as product, size, color(s) and quantity.

How long will delivery take?

Since we are a manufacturer, the quantity and deadlines of the order conststanly changing. Please contact us to find out the most suitable shipping date for your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, You will receive detailed sales invoices and related documnets.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After we receive your order and confirmed, we start the production processes to avoid delay and  deliver your shoes in as you ordered. We deliver on time.

Are there any benefits to having an account with you?

With your account, you will have special offerings and early bird discounts up to 30% each season.

What forms of payment do you accept?

DELTA accepts three types of payment methods (cash, wire transfer and LC).

Wire Transfers: We accept the payment directly to our bank account. Please mentioned your purchase order number or proforma invoice number as description to statement.

Letter of Credits: We are favorly accepting confirmed letter of credit from our favor bank with latest version of UCP terms, but please contact us beforehand to open the letter of credit and arrange other types of LC.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We transport your products with the most prestigious cargo companies in the world, but if you receive a damaged package due to the transportation process: first proof this situation (photo, video etc), then contact the courier company and report the situation and request compensation.

If you want us to insure your order, we asked you to proof in order to handle with insurance agency and compensation is met.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can always forward your canceled orders to us.

What is package tracking in my orders?

Package Tracking is the process of localizing shipping containers, mail and parcel post at different points of time during sorting, warehousing, and package delivery to verify their provenance and to predict and aid delivery.

What types of shipping services DELTA can arrange for my order?

From package to pallets and local to global shipments we load to carry and delivery professionally by working with reputable agencies to your refereed addresses with appropriate service for your needs.

Is shipping service included in the price?

Shipping services are not included in the price, it varies depending on the delivery method you choose (EXW, FOB, CIF etc.).

Can I arrange the forwarder myself?

Yes, we can work with any forwarding company you choose and agree from.

How can I calculate how much shipping will cost?

To calculate the shipping cost, you should consider numerous factors that related from your order such as origin, destination, shipping type, time, volume of package, weight, etc.

Once all details are clarified you can contact your forwarding company or we can get quote from numerous companies for you.

What is custom clearance?

Customs clearance is the process of getting permission from the associated government agency to either move goods out of a country (export) or bring goods into the country (import). This is a necessary procedure before goods can be imported or exported internationally.

How do I get custom clearance?

You can work with a customs clearance agent or some shipping companies may provide you custom clearance service.

How long does customs clearance take?

It is totally dependent on your country’s regulations and bureau of customs.

How much is clearance fee?

Customs clearance fee is dependent on your country’s regulations and agreements by importing country and its products.
