Our business conduct is designed to protect human and nature. Our applicable code of conduct has five major standards but in general our business partners must comply in all respects with applicable laws, regulations, administrative rules and requirements.

Forced Labor
DELTA shoes and business partners must not use or benefit from forced, prison, indentured or other compulsory labor.

Child Labor
DELTA and business partners must not employ workers younger than the minimum working age 14. Our business partners and dealers must comply with all local legal restrictions, including those laws that apply to work performed by workers under age 18 and those laws that limit younger workers’ ability to work due to compulsory schooling requirements.

Discrimination
DELTA and business partners must not tolerate any kind of discrimination (age, color, race, sex, religion, disability, gender, social class etc.) Promotions and training should be based on the employee’s skills and working ability, not on the basis of any other characteristic.

Environment
DELTA and business partners must admit the all-local environmental laws, regulations and standards including not to waste water and food, disposal of hazardous materials and chemicals; and production facility air quality and emissions into the nature. In addition, SAHRA encourages its business partners to conduct business so as to minimize waste, maximize recycling, and protect the environment.

Health & Safety
DELTA and business partners must provide safety and healthy work environments to their employees. All our business partners must provide protection from and kind of exposure to hazardous materials, including the glue, chemicals, and paints, and they comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations such as fire exit signs and extinguishers, and flammable and danger signs etc.

Compliance with laws & social norms
DELTA employees and business partners comply with all relevant laws, rules and regulations in the countries where we operate. It is requirement to respect local customs and social norms.
